When we are busy and stressed we tend to not take time for ourselves.
Some studies suggests that in these moments, the amount of time we are willing to devote to self care is on the order of 2-3 minutes without generating guilt... so treat yourself to a few minutes of guilt-free, guided focus and relaxation.
