Jonathan offers 1-hour Energy Refresh Sessions in-person at Green Heiress in Aspinwall, PA which combine Reiki, Chakra Balancing and Healing Dialog in addition to his Mentoring and Coaching packages which are available both in-person and virtually. Through these services, Jonathan provides a supportive, healing environment that is kind, light-hearted, and open to all.

About my journey...
It began with a quest to change everything, for that is how I felt inside.
I had "survived" bullying and attempted suicide. I had been sexually assaulted, hurt myself and others, and found myself living in a constant state of depression and anxiety.
I was high functioning with my Anxiety and Depression, through 30+ years of multinational corporate strategy work and despite weeks and even months of disassociation, this ability to hide in plain site saved my physical life; but also left me in a dark place emotionally and energetically.
My conscious Ego in a near constant state of overuse from years of trauma had protected me, buried life lessons in the shadows and created so many masks that I no longer knew who I was or how I related to the world, so I knew and a part of me screamed out that something… EVERYTHING had to change.
In the process of healing myself, managing my shadows and discovering a deep and abiding self-love, I was able to foster a deep understanding of the energy of the universe and rediscover that Energy is in fact our first language and the foundation upon which our most authentic growth is based.
Now, this is I how I help people. Leading through healing and alignment with the Energetic/Essential Self. Teaching the skills and felt sense of Truth and Vulnerability within the body and mind so that the growth, the evolution achieved is both intentional and sustainable.
